Meet The Instructors

Wayne Ingram


Wayne Ingram founded Training Services International in 1998. As President of TSI, Mr. Ingram is responsible for the general management, strategic planning and technical support. He has over 35 years experience in EPA and OSHA Training Services. Mr. Ingram is a registered EPA and Ohio Department of Health Training Instructor as well as an OSHA Outreach Instructor.

Bob Walter


My affiliation with TSI began in 2001 as an adjunct instructor. I joined as a full time
instructor in 2009. I have spent the last 30+ years working in the field of industrial
hygiene between consulting and hospitals and industry.

Doug Schafer


I have been involved in environmental, health and safety services since 1987. My
primary area of focus has been asbestos testing and remediation. I have also worked
with lead, mold, indoor air quality, workplace safety and hazardous materials.

Randy Phillips


I have a BS in Ceramic Engineering and am an accredited CHMM. I have 42 years of
experience in glass container mfg with a special emphasis (32 years) on
environmental. My focus at TSI is to evaluate existing environmental programs and
build new ones

Tim Stevenson


Extensive experience in environmental, health and safety, and geologic consulting
services.  Department head for the environmental department for the central and
northern Ohio regions, including project management, business development, and
cost estimating.
