To cancel an order placed with TSI, you must contact customer support via email at support@tsitraining.com or by phone at 1-440-942-1200. An administrative fee of $30 is charged for all credit card refunds or cancellations.

We will make every effort to accommodate order cancellations as long as the order has not yet shipped or the course cancellation request is made at least 5 working days before the training date. Customized course materials are non-refundable.

When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please provide your name, order number, and contact information.

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In such cases, you can request a return for a refund, minus shipping costs and the administrative fee.
