Program Description
Training Services International (“TSI”) uses text messaging (SMS) to communicate with clients, students, and prospects about training, certification, scheduling, and account updates. Messages will not contain unsolicited marketing unless you have separately consented.

Opt-In
By checking the SMS consent box on our forms, or otherwise providing your mobile phone number and confirming your agreement, you consent to receive SMS messages from TSI. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with TSI. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Please check your carrier plan for details.

Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS from us unless you opt in again.

7. Website Comments

When visitors leave comments on our site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


8. Media

If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract location data from images on the website.
