Asbestos Building & Site Rep - 1 Day

Asbestos awareness and management training for building owners, facility managers, construction managers, maintenance personnel, and on-site representatives responsible for asbestos-related issues at commercial, industrial, institutional, and school facilities. This one-day course covers asbestos-containing materials, health hazards, applicable regulations, inspections, management plans, operations and maintenance (O&M) programs, and asbestos abatement activities, and how each role oversees asbestos during facility operations, maintenance, renovation, and demolition. It satisfies the NESHAP trained on-site representative requirement of 40 CFR Part 61.145(c)(8). This is awareness and management training only and does not accredit individuals to perform regulated asbestos activities.
