The Certified Renovator Refresher Training Course is conducted in partnership with the University of Cincinnati. This course allows individuals who have successfully completed an accredited lead abatement worker or supervisor course, or individuals who have successfully completed an EPA, HUD, or EPA/HUD model renovation training course to become certified renovators. Certified firms and renovators are required when renovation, repair and painting projects are performed in pre-1978 housing and child-occupied facilities. Four-hour course.
