Refund Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with TSI, you must contact customer support
by email (contact@tsitraining.com) or by phone (1-866-666-8438). All credit card refunds or cancellations are charged an administrative fee of $30.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped or course cancellation is made 5 working days before the training date.
When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
For Lead RRP Certified Renovators courses sponsored by the University of Cincinnati, tuition minus 5% administration charge will be refunded if written cancellation is received two weeks prior to the program date. Registration is nonrefundable within two weeks of the course date. Substitutions may be made at any time, but transfers to future courses cannot be made within the two-week nonrefundable period. TSI reserves the right to cancel programs if necessary. In this event, TSI's liability is limited to the full refund of your registration fee.
